The quest for apotheosis starts at Neolympus! This celebrated new track was created by Legendary arena visionary Jinn Lanner, who worked closely with experts on both ancient and modern culture to prepare Raiders for the mind-bending potential of A-1's Surface reality.
"Mount Olympus was the domain of the Gods and the original battle arena. I've turned Neolympus into the ultimate proving ground for Raiders and your quest to be Racer 1."
RACER 1 NEW CARD UPGRADES
ACTIVATED!
Card scientist Haruto Okisawa has a slew of new card upgrades for Raiders. The scientist remains tight-lipped about most of them, but he did shed some light on one of the new cards.
"My personal favorite is Star Shot, one of the deadliest cards in the new Styler deck...of course, I always did have a penchant for the dark side. Only the most advanced Raiders will know how to intercept it."
MEET YOUR IMPROVED
ALPHA BOT
The upgraded Alpha bot is faster and more maneuverable, giving Raiders a chance to flex their card skills and push each other to the limit. It's still small and modest, but a perfect training bot!
"Because these bots are all equal, it pushes Raiders to master their deck" says Maven, the anonymous head of the Racing Division.
As they say in the arena, "If you can't even master your Alpha bot, you're f*$#ed."
RACER 1:
RISING STARS?
The true quest for Racer 1 is just beginning, and the title is anyone's for the taking. The question on everyone's mind is, who's got what it takes? We are expecting big things from Hankcrypto and Beef Basted, a pair of OGs who proved to be fierce competitors in the battle arena last week.
Another kid to watch out for is Akira S. As a member of The Crew, Akira has seen the "Styler" deck and tested Neolympus ahead of the rest of the racers. Some say this is an unfair advantage. Akira declined to comment.
One thing's for sure, it's going to be an interesting three weeks!
